2″ Foam Yoga Brick

Our foam bricks are made from a sturdy, scratch resistant foam. You will find these bricks to be very strong and durable, and yet incredibly lightweight and comfortable. Foam bricks lend support and extension to yoga postures. These bricks are commonly used as shoulder supports for headstands. Available in blue and purple.

3″ Solid Indian Hardwood Yoga Block

Our wood yoga blocks are made from a beautiful hardwood from India. The blocks are a honey, light brown, with the grain clearly visible in each block. The edges on all blocks are beveled for added comfort. These blocks are available in either solid or hollow style. The solid blocks are a single piece of dense hardwood, and have a very solid feel to them. The hollow blocks are made from multiple pieces of the same wood, carefully glued together to form a hollow block. Some practitioners prefer the hollow blocks because they are lighter, while others prefer the dense, heavy feel of the solid blocks. The block measures either 3" or 4" x 6" x 9".

Our cork blocks are made from 100% natural cork, a completely ECO-friendly material. Each block is sturdy and solid, with beveled edges for added comfort. The surfaces are smooth cork, which has a natural texture that provides extra traction. Each block is 3" x 6" x 9" (and is also available in 4" thickness as well).

When placed under the hips, hands, heels, or between the hands, they provide the stability and grounding needed to extend fully.

Our 4" striped foam yoga blocks are made of an extra hard, high density foam. Each block has an appealing stripe down the middle that is a lighter shade of the same color. The blocks are very sturdy, with a scratch-resistant surface, and beveled edges for added comfort. You will find these blocks to be very strong and durable, and yet incredibly solid and comfortable.

The solid blocks are a single piece of dense hardwood, and heavy a very solid feel to them. The hollow blocks are made from multiple pieces of the same rosewood, carefully glued together to form a hollow block. Some practitioners prefer the hollow blocks because they are lighter, while others prefer the dense, heavy feel of the solid blocks. The block measures 4" x 6" x 9". It's also available in 3" thickness as well, both solid and hollow style.
